It is located in Sestiere di Cannaregio. The apartment is close to historic sites within a few minutes; moreover, the neighborhood is animated by shops, restaurants and bars. The peculiarity of our accommodation is the enchanting location, where you still breathe the slow pace of life, away from the frenzy and the tourist center; a few minutes from Ca’del Barba Frutariol you can reach Rialto and St. Mark’s Square and all the interesting tourist, historical and artistic attractions of Venice. Our guest will find this a very strategic place to start a journey to discover the unusual Venice and the Laguna Islands. Thanks to the « Fondamente Nove » vaporetto stop you can reach the unmissable Murano islands (famous for the glassworks), Burano (known for its lacework) and Torcello (island of historic charm). Also by public transport, from « Fondamente Nove », you can reach in 13/15 minutes the famous Lido di Venezia known all over the world for the cinema festival but which also offers to the tourist also a beautiful 12 kilometer coast equipped with elegant complexes, such as the Excelsior and the Hotel Des Bains, and great sea and beach bars.

The apartment is located in a strategic area of Venice convenient to visit anywhere. We suggest to see it on foot to discover the many fascinating aspects of the city.
To arrive from/to the train station and Marco Polo airport and other interesting itineraries, we recommend the following daily public and night transportation lines. A 5 minute walk: the « Ca’ D’Oro » stop (Line 1 and Night), which connects all of Venice and the latter to the railway station and mainland (bus 5 to/from Marco Polo airport).
A 5-minute walk away is the « Fondamente Nove » stop (several daily and night sea lines) where you can also take the « Alilaguna » shuttle (orange line) from/to Marco Polo airport; you will also find the vaporetti for the islands of the Lagoon: Murano, Burano, Torcello and Lido of Venice.
