FEATURES OF APARTMENTS AND ROOMS

DISTANCE FROM CITY CENTRE

The housing units are all located in the central area, served by numerous vaporetto lines and taxi services that make any movement possible and easy. Even if you want to get around on foot, you can reach the main attractions and services of the city already on site or in a few minutes.

 All housing units are surrounded by numerous tourist shops and, also for everyday common expenses, by bakeries, supermarkets, greengrocers, butchers, newsagents, pharmacies.

INDEPENDENT HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING

All properties have independent heating and air conditioning, with the possibility of independently programming and managing the temperature.

KITCHEN EQUIPMENT: (as per inventory)

In the apartments, the kitchen is complete with electric hob and fridge with freezer compartment. Each kitchenette is complete with sets of pots, cutlery, plates, glasses and utensils for cooking, microwave.

BATH

Each apartment has one or two bathrooms; each room has an en suite bathroom. In both cases there is a shower / bathtub and a hairdryer (only the hairdryer supplied can be used).

WASHING MACHINE

For the apartments, the washing machine is for personal use (detergents are charged to the guests).

WI-FI

Free Wi-fi connection in all apartments.

LINEN

Apartments and rooms are equipped with linen: sheets, towels, pillowcases, pillows and blankets. In the apartments there are also a tablecloth, tea towels and pot holders.

BABY KIT

High chair and changing table available on request, included in the price.

APARTMENT CLEANING

The cleaning of the apartment at the end of the stay is included in the price.

CONSUMPTION

The stay rate includes all consumption (water, electricity and gas); an exception will be made only for breakdowns and technical problems caused by an inattentive use of the rules of the internal regulations of each property/room.

ASSISTANCE

Residences are not equipped with concierge service. With this, the kind customer will never be abandoned and left without help: for any requests or needs, you can contact the Management staff who will have the pleasure of helping the customer to enjoy his stay as much as possible! The customer can, therefore, request useful guide information on Venice, local initiatives, parties, exhibitions, events and artistic-cultural events. The staff is always present available at the following numbers: 327 299 5100 and 388 822 1288.

On request and with separate payment, the following services can be provided:

 

ADDITIONAL CLEANING

Additional cleaning of the apartment: € 45,00 apartment.

ADDITIONAL LINEN

Change of sheets and pillowcases additional: € 7.00 per person; towel set: € 7,00 per person.

PRIVATE TRANSPORT

VeNet can provide the contacts for drivers for transportation from the airport or station directly to the apartment or room.

Trips can also be booked in the rich and varied Venetian mainland, starting from the places of undoubted historical interest such as the Riviera del Brenta, Padua and Treviso, or from the seaside resorts such as Jesolo, Caorle, Bibione, Lignano.
